Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Service Interruption Policy ================================ At Jelisutt Travel Inc., we strive to provide reliable and timely transportation services. However, in rare circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, vehicle maintenance, or medical emergencies involving our drivers. In such cases, affected clients will be notified no later than 10 hours prior to the scheduled departure time whenever possible. If a cancellation occurs within 5 hours of departure, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in finding alternative travel solutions. Client Cancellation Policy =================== We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, our cancellation policy is as follows: • Cancellations made 10 hours or more before the scheduled departure → Eligible for a full refund • Cancellations made between 5 and 10 hours before departure → Eligible for a 50% refund • Cancellations made less than 5 hours before departure or no-shows → No refund (full fare will be charged) If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can better assist you.
