Cancellation Policy

At Jelisutt Travel Inc., we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    •    Cancellations made 10 hours or more before the scheduled departure

          → Eligible for a full refund.

    •    Cancellations made between 5 and 10 hours before departure

          → Eligible for a 50% refund.

    •    Cancellations made less than 5 hours before departure or for no-shows

          → Full fare will be charged (no refund).
